A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot or premises may be used for any of the following purposes and for no other:
A. 
All uses permitted in the I-2 Light Industrial District.
B. 
All uses permitted in the I-3 General Industrial District.

E. 
The following uses shall be permitted as a special exception when authorized by the Zoning Hearing Board, subject to Article XVII of this chapter. The area and bulk regulations in § 84-97B of this article and the design standards of § 84-98B shall apply to all uses permitted by special exception in the Multipurpose District.
(1) 
Mobile home park.
(2) 
Dog day-care facility, subject to the criteria in § 84-57.14 of this chapter.

F. 
The following uses shall be permitted as a conditional use when authorized by the Board of Supervisors, subject to Article XVII of this chapter. The area and bulk regulations in § 84-38B of this article and the design standards of § 84-37C shall apply to all uses permitted by conditional use in the Multipurpose District.
(1) 
Vehicular sales and service agency limited to the sale and/or leasing of new and/or used automobiles, two-axle van-type or two-axle box-type trucks and the operation of an automobile repair shop for such vehicles as an accessory use thereto.
(2) 
Motorcycle sales and the operation of a repair shop for the motorcycles as an accessory use thereto.
(3) 
Sale of trucks larger than two-axle box-type trucks and the operation of an automobile repair shop for such trucks as an accessory use thereto.
(4) 
Sale of consumer fireworks, subject to the criteria in § 84-57.27.

(5) 
Any use not otherwise permitted in any other zoning district, provided that it meets all other applicable regulations in this chapter.

The following area and bulk requirements shall apply in the Multipurpose District:
A. 
All uses permitted in the I-2 Light Industrial District as per § 84-38B of this chapter.
B. 
All uses permitted in the I-3 General Industrial District as per § 84-39B of this chapter.

A. 
With respect to all uses permitted in the I-2 Light Industrial District and I-3 General Industrial District, the design standards of § 84-37C of this chapter shall apply and the general performance standards of Article XIV of this chapter shall apply.
B. 
Mobile home parks shall be subject to the provisions of the West Goshen Township Mobile Home Park Ordinance, Ordinance No. 7-1978.[1]
