§ 81-1 Violation of rules of Board of Health. [1]

No person shall violate any rule or regulation adopted by the Board of Health of the Town and approved by the Council for the protection of the health and welfare of the Town or of the general public. Refer to the Board of Health section in the Town Charter.[2]
