Any person desiring to erect utility poles and/or
to run cables or other wire from utility pole to utility pole and
to any house, structure or other improvement within the Town shall
first obtain a license from the Town and easement or license from
the owner of the property to be crossed and permission to use the
pole or equipment of any other person or property owner involved.

Application for a permit to erect utility poles
or run cables shall be made at the office of the Town Manager or designee
at the Town Hall upon written application and payment of a fee as
established in the currently effective Town of Milton Fee Schedule.

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Town
Manager or designee shall have the right to appeal to the Mayor and
Town Council upon giving written notice and payment of a fee as established
in the currently effective Town of Milton Fee Schedule.
