Art. VI, Collection of Property Taxes, adopted 5-12-1999 by L.L. No.
3-1999
The Village of Liberty does hereby adopt the
provisions of Article 11 of the Real Property Tax Law with respect
to collection of delinquent taxes for all Village of Liberty taxes
which shall become liens after the effective date of this article.
