The creation of new private wells or water supplies
within the incorporated Village of Liberty is banned, effective immediately.[1]

Editor’s Note: Former § 84-5.1, Geothermal heating/cooling
systems, added 10-22-2003 by L.L. No. 7-2003, and which immediately
followed this section, was repealed 1-14-2019 by L.L. No. 1-2019.
