All ordinances or parts of ordinances that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency. This ordinance shall be amended as required
by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Title 44, Code of Federal
Regulations. All subsequent amendments to this chapter are subject
to the approval of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the
Maryland Department of the Environment.
