Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 120.

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated: the term shall be defined as:
The noncargo-carrying power unit that operates in combination with a semitrailer or trailer;
A unit as defined in Subsection A above attached to a semitrailer, trailer, or other vehicle designed to carry people or property which is towed by a motor vehicle, is constructed so that some of its weight and load rests on or is carried by a motor vehicle, and has automotive power when separated from the motor vehicle.
No tractor trailer shall be parked on a public street within any residentially zoned district and the central commercial district, except that such a vehicle may park on such a street for the purposes of loading and unloading for a period not to exceed one hour.
All provisions of Chapter 120, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the Town of Denton, including the enforcement provisions of Article VI, §§ 120-30 through 120-35, shall further apply to this chapter.
