The following regulations shall apply for requests to have swimming pools filled by municipal employees:
A. 
The water charges for such filling shall be as listed in the schedule of fees, as set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees. The current fee schedule is on file in the Village Clerk-Treasurer's office.

B. 
Pool fillings may be scheduled during the regular working hours of the employees from Monday to Thursday.
C. 
Pools are to be filled by means of the Village hydrant meter, which is to be used only by Village employees, as designated by the Fire Chief.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Newark Valley hereby authorizes the Village Clerk-Treasurer to charge overtime at the rate of time and a half of an employee's rate to anyone requiring a pool to be filled after working hours. This charge shall be paid by the resident at the time of issuing the water permit.
