The Board of Trustees of the Village of Owego
does hereby elect to provide the benefits of Subdivision k of § 41,
Subdivision g of § 43, Subdivision b of § 60 of
the Retirement and Social Security Law and Subdivision 4 of § 243
of the Military Law, all as presently or hereafter amended; and this
election shall become effective with the payroll period beginning
on the 24th day of March 1971.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Owego
does hereby elect to provide the additional pension benefits of §§ 75-g
and 75-i of the Retirement and Social Security Law, as presently or
hereafter amended.
