CBA Districts are designed to encourage the preservation of buildings and their characteristics within a CB District in order that the cultural and educational values related to sites of historical significance shall remain a continuing part of the Village's heritage. The procedures contained in Article
VI of this chapter and the regulations set forth in this article shall apply to all CBA Districts so that the foregoing objectives can be achieved.
In a CBA District, a building may be erected,
altered or used and a lot or premises may be used for any of the following
purposes and for no other:
A. All uses permitted in §
195-84, with the exception of Subsection
E.
In a CBA District, no business structure shall
be erected or altered to exceed a height of 50 feet.
Business structures shall have front, side and
rear yards only when the CBA District abuts on any residential district,
otherwise no yard or setback shall be required. The following requirements
shall be met for yards in areas of transition:
B. Side yard: on that side that abuts the residential
district, a requirement of 10 feet.
C. Rear yard: 10% of the depth of the lot, but no less
than 20 feet.
