In B Districts, the regulations in this division
shall apply.
In a B District, a building may be erected,
altered or used and a lot or premises may be used for any of the following
purposes and for no other:
A. All uses permitted in CB Districts subject to all
the provisions specified for such business district.
B. Greenhouses and plant nurseries subject to the following
conditions:
(1) No storage of manure or odor- or dust-producing substances
shall be permitted within 100 feet of any adjoining lot line.
(2) No greenhouse heating plant shall be erected within
50 feet of any adjoining lot line.
In a B District, no business structure shall
be erected or altered to exceed a height of 35 feet.
Any building in a B District used for residence
purposes shall have a lot area and lot width equal to that required
in R3 Districts for the same type of dwelling.
In a B District, business structures, including
accessory buildings, shall not cover more than 40% of the lot.
In a B District, accessory buildings shall meet
the following requirements:
B. Minimum distance from lot lines:
(1) Front yard: No accessory building shall be permitted
in front of the principal building.
(2) From side lot line: eight feet each side yard; provided,
however, that any lot bordering on a residential district shall have
a side yard or a width of not less than 15 feet.
(3) From rear lot line: five feet.
