As used in this Code, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Unless otherwise expressly defined, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Plandome.
The Village Clerk/Treasurer of the Village of Plandome.
The Police Department of Nassau County.
The Incorporated Village of Plandome, New York.
