Pursuant to the provisions of § 3-300 of the Village Law it
is hereby provided that the Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer
of the Village of Port Washington North need not be residents of the Village
of Port Washington North but must be residents of New York City or the counties
of Nassau, Suffolk or Westchester.
