No person shall erect, raise, establish or maintain any trailer, tent or camp, either for the purpose of permanent, protracted or temporary habitation, or erect, raise, establish or maintain temporary habitation of any kind to be used or occupied as a place for living or sleeping, on any public ground or place or upon any private ground or property in the Village of Port Washington North, or shall use or occupy or permit to be used or occupied as a living or sleeping place any such trailer, tent, camp or means of temporary habitation.
Any person or persons violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of not more than $250 and/or 15 days' imprisonment. Each and every day of such violation shall be considered a separate offense.
