This chapter is enacted for the purpose of regulating fish cleaning
and disposal in the Village of Pulaski in order to protect the property, safety,
health, comfort and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Village of Pulaski.
The position of Fish Cleaning and Disposal Control Inspector is hereby
established to help administer the provisions of this chapter and regulations
adopted pursuant thereto.

For the purpose of this chapter, fish cleaning stations shall be considered
commercial when:
A. Users of the station either pay for use of the facilities
to clean their own fish or for others to clean the fish which they have caught;
or
B. Use of the station as an accommodation to patrons of
any other commercial operation, for example, when a motel or lodge offers
the use of its station to tenants or lodgers of such facility.

The violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of $1,000,
imprisonment for not more than one year, or both. Fines shall be assessed
on a day-to-day basis. Revocation of commercial permits shall be discretionary
for the first and second violation, but upon a third violation, revocation
shall be mandatory.
