A person who intrudes upon any lot or piece of land, whether owned by
the Town of Tonawanda or privately owned, within the bounds of the Town of
Tonawanda, outside the corporate limits of the Village of Kenmore, without
authority from the owner thereof or who erects or occupies thereon any house,
shed, hut, tent, cabin or other structure whatever without such authority
or a person who places, erects or occupies within the bounds of any street,
avenue or other public place of the town any hut, tent or other structure
without lawful authority or a person who without authority cuts, removes,
causes to be removed or aids in removing from any lot or piece of land any
tree or part thereof or any shrubs or flowers or who removes or causes to
be removed from such lands any rock, stone, sand, soil or any personal property
is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $100 for each
offense or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
This article shall apply to and be effective in that part of the Town
of Tonawanda outside the corporate limits of the Village of Kenmore, Erie
County, New York.

No person, firm, association, copartnership or corporation shall permit
to run at large any horse or horses or any cattle, sheep, swine, fowls or
other animals, which acts are hereby made unlawful.
No person, firm, association, copartnership or corporation shall trespass
upon any public property of the Town of Tonawanda without permission therefor.

A. Any violation by a person, firm or corporation of any
provision of this article shall be deemed a violation punishable by a fine
not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days,
or both.
B. Any person who takes part in or assists in any violation
of this article shall also be subject to the penalties provided herein.
C. Each day that a violation of this article
is committed or permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
