Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State
Agriculture and Markets Law, the Town of West Bloomfield hereby imposes
an additional local license fee of $10 above the statutory license
fee on each dog license issued in the Town of West Bloomfield; also
an additional local license fee of $25 above the statutory license
fee on each purebred license issued.
Such additional fees will be used for the control
of dogs and the enforcement of Agriculture and Markets Law Article
7.
