No person shall, except in necessary defense of person or property, fire or discharge any gun or other firearm within the City of Greensburg.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before any District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than six hundred dollars ($600.) or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
