The Village of Nyack confers upon all its officers and employees
the defense and indemnification benefits set forth for civil claims
in § 18 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York,
as such law may be amended from time to time, as if such provisions
were fully set forth herein. The Village shall be liable for the costs
incurred pursuant hereto.
