It is the intention of the Village Board of the Village of Cuba
Village by the adoption of this chapter to establish and impose sewer
charges for the sewer system in the village and/or authority charged
with the duty of operation and maintenance of said sewage system and/or
any additional sewer disposal districts or systems formed pursuant
to the provisions of the Village Law and the General Municipal Law
and any other applicable law.
