[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Guilderland 5-2-1995. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Town of Guilderland is the owner of the property, and through the Curator extends permission to residents of the Town of Guilderland to use the Mynderse-Frederick House for meetings and noncommercial functions. Selected groups are authorized to hold their regular meetings at the house, and all who use it are guests of the town. The building, dating from 1802, stands as a historic reminder of what once was in the Town of Guilderland. Its use as an inn during the early 1800's played a major role in our local history. Because of the effort to preserve our history of that time period, nothing is to be permanently displayed in the house without prior permission of the Curator.
