[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson 3-28-1950 by L.L. No. 2-1950. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Treasurer of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees to hold office at the pleasure of such Board and be removed by such Board at any time.
This chapter shall change and supersede the provisions of § 43 of the Village Law of the State of New York, being Chapter 64 of the Laws of 1909,[1] as amended and now in force, to the extent of defining and limiting the term of office of the Treasurer of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson.
