The maximum rate of speed at which vehicles may proceed on any highway or private road open to public motor vehicle traffic in the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour. A rate of speed by any vehicle in excess of 30 miles per hour is unlawful.

The following rules and regulations are hereby established relative to the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in the Village:
A. 
Stopping, standing or parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times as follows:
(1) 
Within a street intersection.
(2) 
In front of, alongside of or opposite any Village gate, whether open or closed.
(3) 
Where specially designated and marked by the Board of Trustees or the Chief of Police.
B. 
Parking is prohibited at all times on such streets or parts of streets as may, from time to time, be designated and marked by the Board of Trustees.
C. 
In accordance with § 137-8A(3), the parking, stopping and standing of vehicles is prohibited at all times in the locations indicated:

D. 
Standing or parking of vehicles on all streets of the Village is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. of any day.
E. 
It shall be unlawful at any time for vehicles, including recreational vehicles, boats with or without trailers, and jet skis to be parked or stored on private property on front lawns, areas of dirt, rear and side yards, with or without improvement to the lot.
F. 
It shall be prohibited for vehicles to stand or be parked on any private road within the Village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. of any day.
The following intersections are designated as stop intersections at which all vehicles travelling in the directions indicated shall come to a full stop unless otherwise directed by a peace officer, a sign or a signal:
