Prior to final plat approval or site plan approval,
the developer shall furnish a letter of water availability from the
Water Authority or the Water District for the installation of mains
and hydrants. Hydrants shall be installed a maximum of 500 feet from
any dwelling and as required by the Village for all other buildings.
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the developer
shall provide evidence that the required water mains are connected
to the particular site in question.
Wires and appurtenances shall be installed underground
in all cases and shall be installed prior to the issuance of any certificate
of occupancy.
Street lighting shall be installed in accordance
with the village construction standards in and approved by the Village of Islandia. Bonds per
the village fee schedule shall be required prior to approval by the Planning Board.
Prior to release or reduction of bonds, the village shall attest to
satisfactory street lighting installation and operation.
All appropriate state and county approvals for
sanitary waste disposal and water supply shall be required prior to
final plat approval or site plan approval.
