Critical areas of environmental concern will be designated from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees in accordance with provisions of Section 617.4(j) of Part 617.
For the purposes of this chapter, Type I actions include all those given in Section 617.12 of Part 617.
For the purposes of this chapter, Type II actions include all those listed in Section 617.13 of Part 617.
