A. 
Whenever used in this section, the term "mobile homes" shall include house trailers, campers, vans and all other vehicles designed or used for living or sleeping purposes.
B. 
The outside storage of mobile homes is prohibited on any lot in an A2 Residence District or an A Residence District of the Village of Kings Point except in compliance with Subsections C through H of this section.
C. 
Mobile homes shall not be more than 25 feet in length or 10 feet in height. The height of a mobile home shall be measured from the ground on or above which the mobile home is stored to the highest point on the roof of the mobile home.
D. 
Mobile homes must be owned or leased by the owners or occupants of a dwelling house located on the same lot used for storage.
E. 
Not more than one mobile home may be stored on each lot.
F. 
Mobile homes shall not be stored in a front or side yard.
G. 
Mobile homes stored in a rear yard shall be set back from side and rear lot lines a distance which is not less than three times the height of the mobile home or 15 feet, whichever is greater.
H. 
Mobile homes stored on waterfront lots shall not be located within 40 feet of mean high water.

The outside storage of boats is prohibited on any lot in an A2 Residence District or an A Residence District of the Village of Kings Point above mean high water except in compliance with Subsections B through F of this section.
B. 
Boats shall not be more than 25 feet in length or 10 feet in height. The height of a boat shall be measured from the ground on which or above which the boat is stored to the highest point on the boat. If the boat has a protective cover, the cover shall be deemed part of the boat for the purpose of determining its height.
C. 
The boats must be owned or leased by the owners or occupants of the dwelling house located on the lot used for storage.
D. 
Not more than one boat may be stored on each lot.
E. 
Boats shall not be stored in a front or side yard.
F. 
Boats stored in a rear yard shall be set back from side and rear lot lines a distance which is not less than three times the height of the boat or 15 feet, whichever is greater.
G. 
The outside storage of boats is prohibited on any lot in an A2 Residence District or an A Residence District of the Village of Kings Point above mean high water except between April 16 and November 14.

No mobile home located within the Village of Kings Point and no boat located within the Village of Kings Point which is not in navigable waters shall be used for living or sleeping purposes.
