No person shall bathe or swim publicly in any of the waters in or within
one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet from the shore of this village or in
any public or open tank, pool or bath within this village in a state of nudity
or in a bathing suit or costume which shall be such as to indecently or immorally
expose his or her person.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this Article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal
Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.) or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen
(15) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The continuation of an offense
against the provisions of this Article shall constitute, for each day the
offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.
