Every resident who has not hired a hauler to haul the garbage and recyclables
generated by the resident's premises and wishes to use the transfer station
and recycling center shall obtain a permit in accordance with the fee schedule
hereinafter set forth and shall pay such additional fees for deposit of solid
waste and recyclables, in addition to the permit fees, as are required.
Any person, partnership or corporation, a bona fide resident of the
Town of Lloyd, may obtain a personal, residential permit to use the Town's
transfer station and recycling center for deposit of solid waste and recyclables
generated from his, her or its own premises in the Town of Lloyd. The permit
shall authorize the disposal in the Town transfer station and recycling center
of wastes collected and carried for disposal from his, her or its own property
in the Town of Lloyd. Residents shall apply for the license on forms furnished
by the Town Clerk and shall pay the current fee hereinafter set forth.
A.Â
All bona fide residents of the Town of Lloyd wishing to use the transfer station and recycling center shall pay a basic annual resident fee and such other fees as may be required, the amount of which shall be determined by resolution by the Town Board pursuant to Subsection C below. Proof of residency shall be produced upon payment of the annual permit fee. The Town Clerk may accept a current driver's license, voter registration card or other proofs of residency, in his or her discretion.

All above-referenced permit fees, as well as any additional
recycling or dumping fees, shall be paid to the Town Clerk according to the
most recent schedule adopted by resolution by the Town Board and computed
in accordance with the method approved by the Town Board.
C.Â
All bona fide residents who pay the annual permit fee
shall be entitled to and shall display the issue decal on the upper left corner
of the windshield when using the recycling and solid waste transfer center.
The term of each permit shall be from April 1 to March 31 each year,
and the full amount of the fee will be charged, regardless of the date it
is issued.
