The purpose of this chapter is to implement Article 25 of the New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law by designating certain highways in the town recommended by the Town Highway Superintendent as highways upon which snowmobile travel is normally permitted.

Pursuant to Article 25 of the New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law, the following town highways are designated as highways upon which snowmobile travel is permitted:
