Pursuant and subject to the provisions of § 485-b of the New York Real Property Tax Law, the Village of Manlius hereby reduced to zero and terminates the business investment exemption relative to commercial, business or industrial real property hereafter constructed, altered, installed or improved within the Village of Manlius.
