§ 234-1 Condition for grant of license.

A pawnbroker's license shall not be granted unless the Board of Trustees is satisfied that the person applying therefor is a proper person to conduct such business.

§ 234-2 License fee. [1]

The license fee for conducting a pawnbroker's or similar business shall be as provided in Chapter A350, Fees, per annum, payable upon issuance of the license.[2]

§ 234-3 Rules and regulations. [1]
