No person shall erect, raise, establish or maintain, on any beach, park or other public place, nor on any private property in the village, any tent, camp or other temporary habitation for use or occupancy as a place for living or sleeping or for any purpose other than religious service, for which a permit is herein required.
No tent used or intended for use for public assembly of any character shall be erected or used unless a certificate of approval shall first be issued by the County Fire Marshal upon presentation of satisfactory evidence of compliance with his rules and regulations.
No tent used or intended for use for public assembly of any character shall be erected or used unless a certificate of approval shall first be issued by the County Health Department upon presentation of satisfactory evidence of compliance with its rules and regulations.
Any tent intended for use for public assembly shall be erected only after compliance with the provisions of this chapter and issuance of a permit therefor after approval by the Board of Trustees.
