[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Massapequa

Any person, entity, corporation or partnership using Village Hall meeting
rooms must first obtain leave and permission from the Village Board of Trustees
and will be charged the actual cost incurred by the village in having such
rooms available for use by outside persons or organizations based upon the
actual cost per hour, as determined by the Village of Massapequa Park. Said
costs shall be determined annually by the Village of Massapequa Park.
