The issuance of a permit shall not be considered
in any way as permission to violate any of the requirements of this
code. The Commissioner of Public Works shall retain full authority,
after the permit is issued, to order corrected any part of the structure
which violates in any way the requirements of this code, and in the
event his instructions are not complied with, the permit shall be
revoked.
The Commissioner of Public Works may revoke
a permit or approval issued under the provisions of this code where
false statements or misrepresentations as to a material fact have
been made in the application or plans on which the permit or approval
is based.
