Town of Somers, NY Chapter 100 Fishing

§ 100-1 Fishing from certain bridges prohibited.

Fishing from the following bridges in the Town of Somers, Westchester County, is hereby prohibited at any time:

A. The reservoir bridge on Plumbrook Road.

B. The Wood Street Bridge over Muscoot River.

C. The bridge on Pinesbridge Road over Hallock's Mill Brook.

§ 100-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
