It is the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Warwick, pursuant to the authority in § 1660(a), Paragraph 16, of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, to make Ryerson Road a one-way street as described below. The Town Board finds that the public health, safety and welfare will be enhanced and improved by this action.
Ryerson Road is hereby designated for one-way traffic from the intersection of Route 94 in a northwesterly direction to a point where it intersects with Jockey Hollow Road.
A violation of the one-way restriction created by this article is made a traffic infraction by the provision of § 1127(a) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, and the penalties for such violation are set forth in § 1800(b) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
