[Adopted 6-19-2006 by L.L. No. 4-2006]
Any property owner who has debris, shrubs or bushes within five feet
of a fire hydrant at the effective date of this article shall cause such debris,
shrubs or bushes to be removed within 60 days following adoption of this article.
The penalty for the first violation of this article shall be $250, with
a fine of not less than $500 and not more than $1,000 or imprisonment of not
more than 10 days for each succeeding violation.
