Article I Non-Uniform Retirement Plan

§ 34-1 Establishment and continuation of plan.

The plan document entitled "Greencastle Borough Non-Uniform Retirement Plan," as effective on January 1, 1997, and as may be amended or restated, is considered an integral part of this article.

§ 34-2 Determination of Borough contributions; retirement benefits; settlement; vested rights.

The administration of the plan and the determination of eligibility for benefits, source and allocation of funds, calculation of retirement benefits, return of member contributions, vesting terms of retirement benefits, and other matters associated with its continuation and establishment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Greencastle Borough Non-Uniform Retirement Plan, as may be amended or restated, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Article II Police Pension Plan

§ 34-3 Establishment.

This article establishes a retirement plan for the police employees of Greencastle Borough through the adoption of the Police Document effective January 1, 2013.
