An agreement entitled "Joint Municipal Agreement
for Law Enforcement Services," between the Township of Greene and
the Borough of Chambersburg, for the performance of law enforcement
services by said Borough to said Township, for the period beginning
October 1, 1994, and automatically renewed for each calendar year
thereafter, unless terminated by either party in accordance with the
agreement, is hereby adopted and approved by the Board of Supervisors
of Greene Township.
