The small-project stormwater management application included
in Appendix E[1] may be used for projects under 5,000 square feet of new
impervious surface and single-family home construction. The small-project
SWM application allows documentation of new impervious surface, credits
through disconnection of impervious surfaces and tree planting, and
sizing of volume control BMPs that may be required.
