Owners of all apartment houses and other properties having dwelling units shall submit a list of all occupants/tenants to the Board of Supervisors and to the Secretary of the Perkiomen Valley School Board on a quarterly basis.
The information to be provided shall include the names of all occupants/tenants, age, occupation, and employer.
The initial report shall be filed as set forth in § 118-1 above within 30 days from the enactment of this chapter. Thereafter, the reports shall be filed as of April 1, July 1, October 1 and December 1.
