1.
An ordinance approving the plan of construction of the sewage collection system to be constructed by the Malvern Municipal Authority as follows:

(1) The plan of construction prepared by the consulting engineers for the portion of the project being constructed by the Authority, as approved by the Authority and submitted to Borough Council, is hereby approved.
(2) The estimated cost of the construction portion of the project or $3,525,090 and the estimate of $2,230,000 as the principal amount of bonds required to be issued by the Authority to finance the entire project are hereby approved.
(3) The Borough Council hereby grants to the Authority permission to construct sanitary sewers related sewer facilities in the streets, alleys and other public ways of the Borough and grants to the Authority, without cost to the Authority, all such easements and rights-of-way in said streets, alleys and other public ways in the Borough as may be necessary for the Authority to operate, maintain and repair the aforesaid sanitary sewers and related sewer facilities, which easements shall grant to the Authority the right to open such streets, alleys and other public ways so that the Authority may properly operate, maintain and repair such sanitary sewers and related sewer facilities.
(4) All ordinances and resolutions and parts of ordinances and resolutions, insofar as they are inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed or rescinded.

An ordinance authorizing the sale and transfer of 82,500 gallons per day of the Borough's sanitary sewage treatment capacity at the Valley Forge Sewage Treatment plant and of the Boroughs transmission line capacity in the Valley Creek trunk sewer.
