§ 196-1 Delinquent taxes, assessments, forfeitures or other claims.

No license or permit required under this Municipal Code, excepting only dog and cat licenses, may be issued to any person, entity or premises for which taxes, assessments, forfeitures or other claims of the City are not being legally appealed and are delinquent and unpaid.
