The Village of Geneseo shall contain on and
after the effective date of this section, in addition to the territory
theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described
territory:

All that tract or parcel of land situate in
the town of Geneseo, Livingston County, New York, bounded and described
as follows: Commencing at a point in the center line of Reservoir
Road at its intersection with the Village corporation line (being
the northerly extension of the easterly line of Haley Avenue); thence
east along the center line of Reservoir Road to the southeast corner
of a parcel of land conveyed to Star Supermarkets, Inc., by the executors
of Salvatora Diliberto by deed dated February 1, 1971, and recorded
in the Livingston County Clerk's office in Liber 408 of Deeds at page
991; thence running north 9° 52 30 east along the east line of
the Star Supermarkets, Inc., lands, a distance of 303.48 to an iron
pin; thence running south 80° 07 30 east a distance of 100 to
a stake in the southeast corner of premises described in a deed to
A. R. Goudie which is recorded in the Livingston County Clerk's office
in Liber 379 of Deeds at page 45; thence running northerly along the
Goudie east line, which is also the west line of lands now or formerly
of Poste and Vangalio to the center line of the Lakeville - Geneseo
Road (Route 20A); thence running westerly along the center line of
the Lakeville - Geneseo Road to its intersection with the southerly
extension of the division line between the Livingston Plaza property
on the west and Waring Chevrolet property on the east thence running
northerly along the extension to the north line of the Lakeville -
Geneseo Road; thence running westerly along the northerly line of
the Lakeville Geneseo Road to its intersection with the easterly corporation
line of the Village of Geneseo, at the northerly extension of the
east line of Haley Avenue; thence southerly along the corporation
line to the place of beginning.

The territory described in § A134-5 of this act is hereby annexed to the Village of Geneseo pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General Municipal Law.
The territory described in § A134-5 of this act and annexed to the Village of Geneseo by this act shall be included in Election District No. 1 of the Village of Geneseo.
The annexation of the above territory described in § A134-5 of this act shall become effective on the 31st day of December 1971.
This act shall take effect immediately upon
the filing thereof in the office of the Secretary of State.
