Pursuant to a petition submitted to the Village
Board of the Village of Geneseo dated June 12, 1991; a public hearing
held on June 25, 1991, in consideration of said petition; approval
of annexation by the Village Board of the Village of Geneseo on September
9, 1991; and adoption of the resolution of annexation by the Village
Board of the Village of Geneseo on September 9, 1991, the following
property is hereby annexed into the Village of Geneseo:
All that tract or parcel of land situated in
Town Lots 106, 107, 113 and 114 of Saxton's Survey, Town of Geneseo,
County of Livingston, State of New York, and being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly property corner
of lands now or formerly of Robert F. O'Connell, Inc., as filed in
the Livingston County Clerk's office in Liber 5500 of Deeds at Page
259; thence
