Games of chance may be conducted under a license issued pursuant to the Raffles Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

A certified copy of this chapter shall be filed with the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.

The Borough Clerk is authorized to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses as is provided by law. For purposes of this chapter, the Borough Clerk is the issuing authority for bingo and raffle licenses in the Borough of North Arlington.
