A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit the accumulation of snow on or adjacent to or in front of any and all properties situate in the Borough of Oaklyn after the expiration of 24 hours from the time of the cessation of the precipitation.
B. 
A thirty-inch-wide path cleared as required hereunder shall be deemed compliance with this section.
No person, firm or corporation or the owner, tenant or occupant of any premises abutting on any street shall throw, place or deposit any snow or ice onto any street in said Borough, it being the intent and purpose of this provision to prohibit all persons from throwing, casting, placing or depositing snow and ice which accumulated within the private property belonging to said person upon the sidewalks or streets of the Borough of Oaklyn.
In case such snow or ice shall not be removed from such sidewalks or shall be cast, deposited thereon or placed upon said sidewalks or said street by the owner or owners, tenant or tenants or occupant of any premises as provided in §§ 112-8 and 112-9 hereof, the same shall be removed forthwith under the direction of the Superintendent of Public Works of the Borough of Oaklyn, and the cost of such removal as nearly as can be ascertained by the said Superintendent of Public Works shall be chargeable to the person or persons responsible for said removal. The imposition and collection of a fine or fines imposed by the provisions of this article shall not constitute any bar to the right of the Borough to collect the cost for the removal of said snow or ice in the manner herein authorized.
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit the growth of weeds[1] on any portion or parts of a sidewalk or pavement on, adjacent to or in front of properties in the Borough of Oaklyn.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any obstruction of any sidewalk or pavement on, adjacent to or in front of any property in the Borough of Oaklyn.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the Borough of Oaklyn, or such other court having jurisdiction, be liable to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. Each day that a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation, subject to the penalty provisions of this article.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
Any owner, tenant or tenants or occupants of properties within the Borough of Oaklyn, and such owner tenant or tenants or occupants, whether they are individuals or a partnership or corporation, shall each be jointly responsible under this article with the other. All such persons shall be responsible for all acts of their agents or servants.
