A. Zoning
permit application shall be $100.

B. Zoning
book fee. The cost for a copy of the Borough's zoning book shall be
$20.
A. When application for development requires revisions
to the Borough's Tax Maps, which may include costs in regard to reviewing
deeds and/or filed maps and revising said tax maps accordingly, a
fee will be required for each type of subdivision (see below fee schedule).
This fee also includes costs incurred by the Borough's Assessor's
office in establishing additional line items and revisions to the
Mod 4 database or any database similarly used by the Assessor. These
fees will also pertain to any lot consolidation performed by a resubdivision,
site plan and condominium plan submitted for approval.
B. The follow fees will be paid prior to or as a condition
of final approval or issuance of a development permit.

C. Where an applicant sells or leases property necessitating
subsequent revisions to the Borough's Tax Maps, the applicant or present
owner (if different from the applicant) shall be responsible for additional
Tax Map revisions. Subsequent fees shall be the same as above and
paid prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
