Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197
et seq., trucks or buses over four tons' gross weight and truck tractors
are hereby excluded from the entire length of Harbour Drive, Waterfront
Redevelopment Area, Borough of Palmyra, Burlington County, New Jersey,
except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such street.
