No person, firm, corporation or association
shall maintain, operate or conduct any vending machine which dispenses
any liquid in glass, plastic or metal containers, outside of a building,
in the Borough of Palmyra.
Any person, firm, corporation or association
convicted of violating this article shall be subject to a fine of
not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both
such fine and imprisonment. Each and every day that a vending machine
is maintained, operated or conducted in violation of this article
shall be deemed a distinct and separate violation.
